Strange. Tried to redeem it and the Captcha seemed to error out. Go back to redeem and it says I already have it in my library (its not in my library, keys or purchases). Oh well.

Its supposed to be added to your "Purchases" and then you can redeem the key through Steam.
Tried many times and it worked.
after getting the error, you will see "log in" just below the error gods. log in and you will be able to claim it. this is how it worked for me.
Had this happen to me as well but I just tried multiple times trying to redeem it and finally after several attempts it worked.
Same problem when redeeming game. Tried several times with no luck.
"Error. We were unable to verify payment details and we will not charge you" then as above "Already owned. You already own this product. You cannot redeem another copy at this time." Yet I don't.
Tried again this morning and it worked. Was able to claim the game (steam key).
