Yes you can. Ive got a bunnings 25m cord and it is really bad. the plug has pulled away from the main lead exposing the wires, it also can never be untwisted, ive tried so many times and it just auto tangles.

Still no new notifications or any delivery. No response from their online contact us form. Had a reply from their facebook page last week but just told me to keep waiting.
So I just called them on 03 9261 1900 and managed to get through to someone. They are telling me the cord and power board ordered are out of stock so will have to cancel the order. It may take 24-48 hours for the money to come back onto my card.
Wtf - so only by calling have they figured that out? I wonder how many other orders for out of stock items have been paid for and they are sitting on the payments?
