  • i read Crocks.. too many slipper deal lately…

  • This or the Instant-Pot?

The obvious difference seems to be the nonstick pot in this Vs the stainless steel pot in the Instant-Pot.

I have this, before Instant Pot was released here. I'd get the IP for the stainless steel unless you're really careful with non stick. I try to be careful with it but there's scratches from bones, etc and eventually will wear out. I think replacement bowls are expensive and can only be bought from the US.
Edit: I guess I have the previous model

Edit 2: If price is a factor, my prev model has been great otherwise. Sometimes I buy things and rarely use it. ahem dehydrator
I use it at least once a week for meal prep

      • Thanks mate, I might wait for a deal on the Instant-Pot.

        • Heller brand on ebay has stainless pot, ive had one for nearly 2 years, i can recommend it. i got for $80-90

  • Are these the ones with stainless steel? Or is that another brand.

    Nevermind I'm thinking of instant-pot

Thanks, less than half the price of the Instant-Pot. I'm no gourmet chef so this will do me just fine.

My cooking skills improved lots with the pressure cooker. Dump it all in and run away.
I see the Heller on ebay has jumped in price. Maybe wait for 20% off

          • @Arnor: Thanks, I'm that same kind of cook :)

I'll get whichever comes first, 20% off for the Heller or another Amazon deal on the Philips All-in-One Cooker HD2237/72 if it's under $120 because I'll probably need the $49 stainless pot. So the Heller is looking the more attractive.

  • This or the Philips All-in-One Cooker HD2237/72 from this expired deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/515559

Philips all in one for sure. Just waiting on the next deal and need to pounce on it. Wife really wants one.

  • I read that as crack-pot

These have been down to like $70, model down… Not sure on difference?

    • That is the CPE200, the model before this one. Also showing at $119 on that link?

Trying to find the differences out myself between the two, I want the smaller one but apparently the dimensions are the same

      • You missed this part of my comment haha

These have been down to like $70, model down… Not sure on difference?

But yep, all correct. It's the model down but on the surface I can't see any differences… The model down has been $70-80 previously

For reference these aren't that big btw - smaller than a slow cooker or anything similar bench space wise.

  • Anyone know the difference between this one and the CPE200 stainless silver version?

The dimensions are apparently the same, yet this one has 1.6L more capacity - how can that be?!
