Help ozbargainer, yesterday I purchased catch club annual membership by mistake, they don't take any phone calls now, I sent them inquiry forms and they replied they don't give any cancellation and refund on membership.
I didn't use any benefit from it! I contacted them immediately after I did the wrong purchase.
Help, is there anyway for me to get refund?

Edit:thanks for the replying, anyone has the same issues from catch club? I called the consumer protection department, the person said "change of mind" refund is not protected by law, if the seller didn't mention they can refund the money for "change my mind".
This is the first time I meet this circumstance, usually I can just get refund if I didn't damage the goods or use the service.
I cancled my annual Amazon prime before, and it was very a smooth refund, no pain at all.
I send an inquiry to the catch customer service team, they replied in a very rude way too.
You have to actually message them. It's ridiculous, I was sure I cancelled it but then apparently not, there's not even an option for it.
