      This is an imported wine with a Wholesale price over $18 a bottle. The wine is therefore well below both the retail price and the Wholesale price. Unfortunately with a lot of places closed the wine industry has a lot of distressed stock. This price and offer is indicative of the quality and amount of opportunity availalbe to the end consumer.

        But what is the cost? Wholesale price does not translate into "cost".

        Not saying it is not a deal, nor neglecting the fact that the industry (like many others) is under pressure.

        Point is, be factual, and support with more information on such a claim. Otherwise will make it sound like ddogy marketing.

        Btw, might be an education piece for mysefl. Thought Rose do not age? (This is a 5yo one).

          Yes it is a great deal the claim of below cost is based on fact and is not dodgy marketing. I understand our deals can seem too good to be true but it is because of our 40 years in the industry and connections we are able to bring these deals to our customers.

          We are governed by consumer laws that mean we have to be able substantiate any claim we make. It is not in our long term business interest or the interest of our customer to make un-true claims. You can have a look at the retail prices on other site and you will see it retailing for $28 dollars a bottle.

          This wine has a lovely mandarin undertone and we have no hesitation offering it with our wine money back guarantee.

          You are welcome to pass on the offer if you believe it is dodgy or take it up and enjoy a great wine.
