Was browsing TobyDeals Best Sellers list and came across this. Specs for the price seems pretty good. Though I have noticed that the Blue Variant of this phone is $669. Could be a great deal or a pricing error?

Yes this. Google search shows the 'avocado green' is for the X2 (or XT model), not the X2 Pro.
Am hoping this phone will drop in price when the realme 6 global is released speculated next month. Currently $400USD is best price on aliexpress (that I have seen in the last 2 months).
UK website for tobydeals has the same low price. This colour variant doesnt exist for the model.

I've also bought my current phone from them. Xiaomi mi 9t pro. Shipping was quick from what i recall. And the phone was packed in some quality wrapping, zero chance it could get damaged.

Toby is a mixed bag.
My advice - email them first to confirm they have stock of the phone you want.
If they have stock, you will have it within a week.
If they don't, delivery will test your patience.
They're famous for delivery taking a long time.
They don't actually have any stock (I know because I ordered one months ago and gave up waiting last week).
Also the X2 Pro does not come in green, and I'm fairly sure the X2 doesn't either, except for a Chinese 6GB RAM version. TobyDeals probably doesn't have the Global version anyway, so you'll be stuck with the Chinese ROM.

This is a pricing/listing error. There is no Green Oppo Realme X2 Pro. It only comes in Blue and White. They sell the "real" version in Blue for $669.
