  Hi OP, are the wings useful for karate? i.e. stepping involves a lot of sliding and I'm assuming the sole would create too much friction?

  Does wearing shoes like this cut up bags when you kick them?
  I know your supposed to use your shins to roundhouse kick but for side/front kicks?
