To be eligible for receiving Parklife DLC for free on your Steam account, please follow the steps below:

• Own a base game of Cities: Skylines on Steam.
• Create a Paradox Account
• In the Settings tab, sign up for Paradox newsletter.
• Verify your email (remember to check your spam and promotion folders on your mailbox).
• Back on your Paradox account Settings, sign up for Cities: Skylines newsletter.
• Link your Paradox and Steam accounts on the Settings tab.
• Set your Steam account to “Public” so our team can confirm you own the base game. You can reset your Steam profile to private after you’ve received the giveaway.
• Wait up to 36 hours for DLC to appear in your Steam library.

  Just to be clear I'm guessing the option in steam we need to make public would be "Game details" correct? It's ok if other details remain private?

    That's what I would assume. They don't really specify. But since they need to make sure you have that base game, it makes the most sense for that to be the case

        Did you get any kind of email notification or similar, or did the DLC just appear in your DLC list in the game?

          @bdl: It just appeared, no notification or anything. I just checked my library and it was there

  Every time I follow the 'Link Account' button on the Paradox account settings page, sign into Steam, and allow the request from Paradox to "Redeem and activate CD-Keys on your account", it takes me straight back to the Paradox login portal, as if I've been signed out again.

  Is that normal?

  Edit: Nevermind; tried another browser and managed to link the Steam account just fine.

  Got mine as well, took less than a day to appear in the DLC list for Cities Skylines.
