It's not released until tomorrow, and I have also confirmed it with 2 other EB's.

FYI the trade in value for the Kinect is $65, but you could probably sell it for around $100.

Gears would probably trade for around $40(?), so if you wanted just the 250GB console, you could trade both the Kinect and Gears and have the console for about $290, or if selling privately, you could end up with the console for about $250.

    I think (not totally sure though) that trade in for brand new games in the first week from release is close to their retail price. So if you traded back gears 3 i think you would get around 80 as it retails at eb for 98. Not totally sure though

    So pissed. Bought just a 250gig version the other day+driver game for $444 (maybe 2 weeks ago, might be less).
    I knew this would happen after the ps3 drop but was to impatient. Awesome deal
