Pseudo-scientific garbage. There is absolutely zero reputable evidence that suggests sulphoraphane does anything at all in regards to human health.

You're better off drinking tap water.

      Why did you decide to go on it?
      
      I'll probably still take sulforaphane though, so maybe perhaps not 100% carnivore :D

        @HealthFreak: I follow Rogan and Peterson etc, but it was actually Amber O'Hearn and Georgia Ede that got me onto it. My partner studies nutrition and we're both Carnivore. A huge list of health issues have just vanished since making the switch, not to mention better mental health in general (less stress, clearer head, less reactionary). I now firmly believe that most plants are toxic to humans on at least some level. Plants have to defend themselves, so they have evolved to be master chemists to fight back against animals. We certainly aren't adapted to eat a 'balanced' diet of 100s of foods from around the globe. Ask the Inuit if they think that's natura :).
        
        If you interested in more, I would highly recommend paying attention to the work of the biologists and physicians from Paleo-Medicina. You can find plenty of good podcasts with Zsofia Clemens. The work they are doing in their clinic is nothing short of amazing when you look at their results.
        
        I also believe we need to eat grass fed beef in order to keep soils and ecosystems healthy. If we take away ruminants, we will lose all our quality top soil. Plus, the amount of animal, bird and insect deaths from cropping is immense. They die in the harvesting, slowly poised, killed with pesticides, fish die from run off. When a crop is harvested, all the small animals that have just been breeding due to the abundance of food supply, now all die from mass starvation. You can't even compare the two. I eat about 1 cow per 18 months.
        
        And don't get me started on the climate thing. The intention here is to destroy people's local protein supplies (meat and dairy farmers) and replace it with mass produced, imported, cheap monoculture crop foods. North America had anywhere between 50-100 million bison roaming the plains. We have always had a large population of ruminants on the planet. They are not emissions that need to be removed.
        
        I do a lot of work with various aspects of the agriculture industry too. So I guess you could say my household has some pretty strong opinions on this stuff.

So what's wrong with just eating your veg every day at mealtimes like my family's been doing for yonks and no need for supplements apart from vegemite at brekky.
Works well, no fat people, no sick people yet in the family.

This seems very expensive. I think I'll just keep growing mine in a jar and spending $30 on seeds every 6 months. This is ozbargain, who is really gonna splurge on this when you can grow them for a fraction of the cost.
