Besides orders not arriving anytime soon: don't expect much support - after a month, now emails are bouncing back "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups" "There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox. Please try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk."
They don't bother to tell you it's being delayed and when you can expect it.

Have opened a paypal claim, over a month and nothing, with no tracking and no reply from them.
Both my recent orders arrived within 2 weeks. I am not sure what is going on with others.
Not a good deal though. The $20 non irons a few weeks ago was great.

purchased 6th, shipped 11th, delivered 18th.
including three $14 shirts. didn't get more because I got 5 for $100 and 5 for $150 within the year.
those shirts are now $42.50 each
At a time of significant lay-offs, unemployment and working from home, this isn't going to wash here. Cheaper before they had a glut / massive loss of clientele. No deal for me, plus appalling cs above.
Who needs to buy business shirts? Everyone is working from home in t-shirts and singlets 🤣

Purchased on the 19/03 and haven't heard anything to this day and still processing. This customer service worse than David Jones.
Same here, ordered on 25 Mar still haven't received.
Customer service sends back stock response telling me that I have to wait 40 working days before it can be considered lost and next steps taken.
will take 200 days to come
