Jackfrags mentioned in one of his videos that Alien: Isolation was the last and best Alien's game ever made so that is pretty high praise from a reliable and reputable fps gamer god/idol/trusted source.
Also part of Xbox Game Pass (able to be installed on a PC)… I got it this way earlier this week.

The best Alien franchise game ever made, one of the best survival horror games ever made and one of the best Sci-Fi themed games ever made. The graphics are aging like fine wine and still look amazingly good for a 6 year old game.
The campaign story is not only a canon part of the Alien franchise now (according to 20th Century Fox) but it is the best Alien story arc since the first film, and a far, far better story than Aliens, Alien 3, Alien Resurrection or the newer Prometheus and Alien Covenant.
If you have not played this yet and you're partial to the Alien franchise, the horror genre or Sci-Fi, do yourself a favour and find out what a proper video game adaptation of a film franchise looks like and how masterfully suspenseful and tense the source material and the Xenomorph can be when it's given a realistic, detailed and mature treatment.
There's also the MotherVR mod, a fan-created VR conversion for the game that works very well and turns an already uneasy experience into something truly scary.

Fanatical has DLC at very low prices right now FYI (for the next 34 hours). There are two DLC that aren't in the season pass that some people might be missing.
If you just want the base game, it's on steam currently @95% off for $2.20Au. I haven't looked anywhere else if it's cheaper. Sale ends at what looks to be the beginning of Wednesday, 29th Apr. Happy hunting screaming.
