  Will not be buying anything from this brand in the foreseeable future. Bought a powerbank…never worked. Couldn't even return for a refund.

    That's unfortunate. I've had good experiences, but bought from their Amazon store. Just last month they replaced some earbuds with brand new ones - replacements shipped via Amazon, and I didn't have to send anything back to them.
