    Don't bother.

They will probably cancel the order.

    • Yep u gotta be ballsy to order…

  • So i just pulled the plug last night on the Dreame Cordless V9 vacuum cleaner with carpet head.
Just wondering if i should cancel and get this. Atm my one bedroom apartment is 80% carpet, 20% tiles.

Haha, the cordless will only get the top layer of stuff off carpet. Tiles are what these are good for.

      • i just moved in and in dire need of a vacuum cleaner. Just been waiting for this Dyson to go on sale. and it goes on sale literally 8 hours after ordering something else

1 bedroom apartment - Dyson hand-held stick vacuum would be best. Much more portable than 1 of these units

Good reason why Dyson are only making hand-held stick vacuums now

@spackbace: Dyson if you want to spend extra for Brand and design yes.

Bosch one has way better reviews on Choice and is only $299

        • Yea, just walk into Harvey Norman etc and get a Bosch

          • @onlinepred:

            just walk into Harvey Norman

Yep, avoid GG like the plague¹…

¹ Do you see what i just did there.

      • My V6 is awful. You can spend your whole battery going over an area of carpet and never truly clean it.

        • Yea, i might be a little biased as I know a Bosch rep, and own a Bosch after having Dysons. Even my parents bought a Bosch after using one. I was moving and stored my stuff at their place, so they fired up the Bosch vacuum I have, and they were amazed at what it picked up after they daily vacuum with their V8. Made them realise how useless the battery operated vacuums are for carpet.

        • No handheld is going to come close to even a cheapie powered vacuum. They are only good for quick cleans, tiles or wooden floors. I own both (and tested many). The Dyson (non handheld) powered vacuums with turbine (or power heads) are very good. Even a Dyson V11 does not come close nor would I expect it to for carpets etc. Its battery operated so just won't have the grunt (is what I have found).

    Further $5 off via ebay

    And RRP is $599 ;)

    • Further $5 off via ebay

Not if you wasted the codes with the previous GG deal that they cancelled.

  • What makes this one worth $50 more than the Big Ball Origin one from Big W? Apart from "red goes faster" LOL.

I have a Dyson, waate of money. Lasted 5 cleans for business use.

I have one of these: https://www.sydneycleaningsupplies.com.au/pullman-advance-co…

Still going strong after 2 years of commercial/ industrial use. Building sites: plaster dust, sawdust, nails, screws, mud, dirt, garden waste even minor water intake. You name it, i have absolutely flogged it.

    Even got another last month.

In car Comparisons, i would rate the Pullman a Rolls Royce and the Dyson a CHINESE MG, trading on the name only.

PS: some cleans it goes flat out for 4 hours.

    • Looks handy for large jobs or when doing the whole house. Not a fan of bags though.
