Some comments from my personal perspective…

I ordered a few packs from the 50% off offer few weeks ago and was very happy with them. Delivery was quick next day. Ingredients were fresh, quantities were generous and absolutely easy to pull together in one pot/pan which is great.

Since then, it seems prices have gone up and shipping charge now added with 2-day delivery now.

Variety hasn't changed much for a while. I think it needs some new recipes or a rotation to keep interest and re-orders.

I find it really annoying that marketing keeps referring to 'serves' as a measure of dollar value. This is irrelevant for most people as quantity consumed is subjective. Great to have it for an indication of quantity provided, but not 'per serving prices', bit misleading.

I do appreciate that 2 serve packs have started being offered which is much better than larger 4 serve packs. Prices aren't half-price but that's probably to be expected.

I popped by the wholesale 'shop' which had limited range and same prices as online. Dates seemed quite short though on products and some boxes were 50% off that expired in next day or two. The 1.5KG wings for tenner was sold out and hoping this'll come online soon as seems a great deal.

These 'offers' are coming through thick and fast with inconsistency that it might start having a negative effect on people constantly waiting for better offer to order. Also, don't do clickbait e-mails titled "Oodee $100 OFF this weekend!" when it's actually $20 off over 5 seperate orders. That's not a good way of enticing people in.

Final point, the advertising is really really poor. The YouTube videos with random wannabe influencers as well as Rami's 5-second "BUY ME NOW" is really cringey and devalues your brand in my opinion. I know you're still finding your footing as a new company but really reconsider this and hire a PR company to give you some ideas. Even a consistent in-house series where your chef cooks each pack one by one for people to follow along would be much much better.

Would love to see the company succeed and expand further. Good luck.

This is amazing feedback! We will take this on board and make some adjustments to our marketing. In terms of meal rotation, we aim to update the menu every few weeks, we just finished taking photos of our new menu items and you can expect to see them up on the website soon! We are also working on a website refresh to make the site more user friendly :D We have only just started up and hope to improve even more in the future! We have an active feedback form you would have received as an email and would love for you and anyone else who has ordered Oodee to fill it out! Thank you so much once again for your support and feedback :D
