    Received this today from Adidas in regards to my order. I notice no time frame given for processing/delivery.

    Just received an order cancellation email from Adidas for the order dated 5th May, no apology and no mention of a refund.
    Not impressed , rather pi$$ed OFF.

      Just had the same happen to me. I chatted with their team via live chat and they gave me 50% off full RRP products (some exclusions) + free shipping . The code doesn't only apply to 1 product so not bad actually.

          No worries. The little chat icon came up on the bottom right of my screen on mobile, don't think there's a link for it, guess it just pops up when you're browsing.

            At this stage I don't really care about the shoes it just the way Adidas treat their customers that pisses me off.

        Had a live chat with them today, didn't do as well as yourself, they gave me 40% off full RRP products + free shipping. I'll have a look and see if something grabs my fancy.
