[VIC] What Telstra Store Location Is Open?

I ported my number into job A a while ago.
I've now started job B and want to retain my number.
To swap my business number to a private number, and then port that private number over requires me to visit a physical Telstra store. It can't be done online or over the phone.

I've tried calling all the local stores but no such luck.

Has anyone seen a Telstra store open in VIC? I'm located in South-east but happy to travel.

      Unfortunately I believe it's out of date as I tried visiting the Rowville and Knox store and both were closed

    Last week (Friday) Fountain Gate has a Telstra van parked outside the Telstra Business Centre. It's between Cash Converters and the Bicycle Superstore. People were using it so I assume it's still there if the store inside the centre is closed.

    Eastland in Ringwood, it has been open everytime ive gone to the shops there.
    strict entry/distancing rules of course in place though.

        just went to Eastland and walked past the Telstra shop. definitely open. weekend trading hours were 10am-4pm.

    Frankston was open in the Bayside Shopping Centre last week. All the staff had masks and only one customer was in there.

    Just as an FYI in my experience, even pre-covid, calling a telstra store and speaking to someone was next to impossible

      Agreed. That’s because they have call centres to take calls, and they roster staff to deal with in person enquiries, for which there is often a queue of people waiting to see someone. Customers get irate if they see staff answer calls when they are patiently waiting in queue to see someone.

    Eastland is open, been open every day
    had to go yesterday and they had a line outside, letting 2 or 3 at a time.

    Telstra Pacific Werribee, although way too far but definitely open.
    Was there just last week.
