  i would just buy pink grapefruit at a quality fruit shop.
  It won't be that much more expensive and you save money having to buy a grapefruit cleanser.

    You still need to clean your grapefruit though, a quality fruitshop just gives you better fruit. You can either use a citrus based cleaner or warm water to get the (artificial) wax off.
