Anyone have recent experiences with Master of Malt / Whisky Exchange

Looking at picking up a few (or maybe a dozen) bottles seeing as have no holidays.

Haven't seen any recent experiences from them but saw one forum post where someone said he wasn't charged.

I note the costs could add up extremely quickly if applied:

5% duty + $60.92 per litre of alcohol + 10% GST
- that would be an extra 60.92 every ~2 bottles
- that and GST would wipe any savings

You forgot the $40+ cost of shipping. Works better when you order in bulk.

I suggest doing this for bottles you want but cannot buy in Australia.

I don't have recent experience, but from a few years ago I was very happy with what I got.

As mentioned by @Randen87 above I used it to buy in "bulk" (12 bottles), and only got things I was not able to get locally here.

Even though not recent I would certainly recommend them.
