A freebie released today from the developers of Thimbleweed Park “as a thank you to our fans, we are releasing it for free as something you can have fun with in these odd times.“

Also available through Epic games and now also Good old Games

The year is 1988. Adventure game developer Delores Edmund, on hiatus from her job at MMucasFlem Games, has returned to Thimbleweed Park for a quick vacation. While she’s home, she’s making some extra money as a photographer for the Thimbleweed Nickel News. Hey, game developers need to eat, too!

Thimbleweed Park hasn’t changed at all in the year since Delores has been away… or has it?

      You need to have the Steam desktop application installed before you can install and launch Delores: A Thimbleweed Park Mini-Adventure.

        Yer I got that and I clicked play now and it installed a 47.1MB file

          Yup. You must have missed the part where this is a "mini" adventure and it has pixel graphics.

            @wangasm: Probably confused because most modern games with pixel graphics still require a 2GB download.

              @dcash: This is not a full game though, just one mini episode. The full original game is 1gb, which is currently 60% off

    Even though I love this type of game and am happy to know about it (thank you DB), technically, as an always free game this, according to the rules here, belongs in forums though as otherwise games like Fortnite could also be posted.

        Yep, took about 4 hours. It would have been shorter if I realised you could walk behind the old lady's shop.
