Homeloan - Best Rate around?

Hey Guys,

I am currently with Vow Home loans. Currently there interest rate is 2.79%, which seems ok. This includes an offset account & absolutely no ongoing fees. As well as a debit card tied to the offset account.

Curious what others are paying out there.

  I'm sure that rate you have mentioned above will be for LVR <80%
  Resimac has also have that rate.
  I also believe that HSBC are even lower but I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole … I can't even get through to them just on a enquiry over one of their loan products

  That's a pretty good rate considering there's an offset account!

  Tic toc are 2.54% with an offset available for $10 a month. Athena are 2.59% but I don't think offer an offset but you can redraw.

  That sounds like a good deal. Currently 2.85% with offset account @ nab for me.
