      Sorry I was looking for some friendly advice and guidance, not a passive aggressive reply. I was interested in playing the nostalgic game and was confused with how indiegala worked and did not know what DRM-free meant.

      Would've appreciated a "Oh DRM-free means it doesn't require steam unlike when buying other games normally on indiegala"

        Sorry but it is not passive aggressive but a simple question.
        Plus, and correct me if I am wrong, I am sure you did not google first as then you would have surely come plenty of answers including this one:

        IndieGala freebies are usually DRM-free downloads. In these cases no Steam key will be provided.

        I see you are new here so your question is understandable but please try to understand that it is expected you try to google first if possible.
        Also try to see it from the other side when in hundreds of posts a question like that is asked it does get a bit tedious.
        I do hope you understand.
        On the upside, you have clearly looked up what DRM-free is now and have found your answer yourself.🖒

            But it is tedious to answer the same question over and over again, especially if the answer can be found easily by googling it.
            I don't think it is too much to expect that people make this tiny bit of effort, or is it?🤔
