I am in Red Energy Rewards and have access to Frequent Values but I want to leave Red Energy because there are other sign up deals and better rates. Is the Entertainment Book the same as Frequent Values and are there any other ways to access Frequent Values?

I have Frequent Values through HSBC Credit card. Main differences between the Entertainment Card and Frequent values for me are as follows:
Frequent Values
Pros
No extra annual fee cost as it's included as part of my credit card
20% discount can be used over and over again, unlike Entertainment Book which can only be used once onlyCons
Less deals compared to Entertainment Card
20% discounts compared to 25% or buy one get one free on Entertainment Book
Used to have Frequent Values on the Woolies credit card. FF had fewer deals compared to EB.
