My order took nearly 2 months to arrive and was placed well before the Covid-19 delays, so just be prepared to wait…..
I think they are now arriving by boat.

CS was not good.Goods not classified lost until after 40 business days.
Buyer beware.
Warning. My order still hasn't arrived after 7 weeks. They recently changed the 'lost order' window from 6 weeks to 8 weeks. Terrible CS and long delays getting back to you. YMMV
same here, ordered 20th of march, nothing received yet, only generic reply to my emails chasing it, this company should be banned from OZB ! :(

What's going on with this company.. Less demand and prices rising. Cheaper before by plenty and delivery/cs issues, no deal for me.
Covid 19 & weaker aussie dollar
Ordered on 20th March and my order still hasn't arrived.
I have some hope from @dasher that maybe it will turn up eventually.
Their customer service was generic and like others told me to wait longer before they'd consider it lost.
I'd steer clear of this mob until they get their act together re service & shipping times.
Ordered in March. Order didn't arrive. Talked to customer service and was issued a refund. There were some frustrations with service but in the end I got my refund.
Ordered 8th May, dispatched 9th, item processed in Somerton Victoia 12th, received in Perth 19th May. Order amount was ~$200.
Pretty good shipping times considering I waited 4 weeks for a Chemist Warehouse order from Victoria.
Just to report back, ordered 15 May, dispatched next day from UK (I think), arrived in Sydney 20 May.
So one week turnaround is reasonable.
Ordered 2 shirts earlier this year and never received them and never got a refund. Tried contacting their support and they weren't helpful at all as you have to deal with their UK Office.
