Zazz - Mystery Crap Bag $25 inc shipping

Does anyone have any info on the above? Apparently Zazz has released these sorts of offers before but the posters on that site haven't actually stated what their bags contained. I've already taken a chance and ordered one, but the impatient bargain hunter in me wants to know or at least have some idea of whether the contents will be value for money.

The mystery bag evokes memories of buying a 'Lucky Bag' as a child… ooo the excitement.

Hmm, just had a thought… perhaps 'Crap' in the name of the bag is some indication of what I can expect. Hope not!

  • They have been running bag of crap regularly for a while and normally they just bundle random left-over goods there and sell them for less (like a few USB keys, small gadgets, etc). Not everyone is getting the same stuff either, but in general the overall value exceeds what you have paid for.

However you might not get what you "want" though so the perceived value might be lower.

  • Thanks Scotty. I'm not too fussed, I'm a teacher and can make use of many things but it's good to know that you do indeed get value for money

  • Zazz's Mystery Grab Bag should be called the Mystery Crap Bag. I know I've only myself to blame for taking a chance on this one but for my $25 I just got a 4 items of crap as listed:

1 USB cup warmer with no lead
    1 USB snake light
1 Set of walkie talkie watches
    2 USB rechargeable batteries

Nowhere near the $25 value in my book.

My advice to others is stay away from these MGB's from Zazz.
On the upside, I did only spend $25

    • Yes, when they're crap they can get really crap. I got stung a couple of times, and I vouched to never buy their crap bags again. On the up side, I got an mp3 player once from COTD's pooki box. :)
