  Do they measure things in grams? I hate cups. And American cups are different from Australian cups.

    In the book it says don't ever rely on cup measurements as they are off +/- 10%, always weigh your ingredients, then they give you all recepies in cups. Seriously?!
    There is a tiny conversion table in the intro from cups to ounces which i find not that accurate. I'm deleting this book, I'm sure there are much better cook books to learn from.
