Screen Capture Software for Win10

I’ve tried a few programs to capture content from a streaming service (PM me for caveat, if interested), the audio is OK but the video portion is just black, when in full screen.

Can anyone suggest software that reliably grabs both audio & video output from a Win10 PC?

    I just tried Camtasia for you and it didn't work (video fine - no audio), so you can rule that program out

      This should work. Make sure your audio input is correct

        Ignore my comment above. Jules is correct. I went back and tried again and changed an audio setting….works perfectly now!

    I get reliable audio & video capture of popular browser-delivered streaming services using Windows' built-in Game Bar recorder (WIN+ALT+R)
