Anyone else just get refunds for items bought at myer online store?
They wait like 2 weeks to finally tell u its out of stock!

That is SO slack! Great customer retention tool, I'm sure.
They are so slack! I rang them yesterday about games i ordered on the 6th sept, they kept me online for a while then came back and "sorry they are sold out we will give you a refund" Had i not have rang them i would never had recieved a refund!!! They also told me that they are getting rid of all games and consoles because they will no longer be stocking them
Hmm, I know Myer Frankston are clearing all their gaming products and I have NO idea why. It'd be so boring without it. Which store did you ring about? I'm curious to know why they're clearing all their prodicts..and what to replace it with =S
They refunded me for my DSi and my Solace PS3 game.
I got the refund due to Paypal resolution centre.
I don't think I would of gotten it otherwise…

I had to ring them to check on a game I ordered on the 6th September (Pikmin 2) - and was told that it would not be supplied and that they would give me a refund. The 'customer service' person then sent me an email confirming this. However she did not tell me when I would get the refund. So I rang them a few days later and was told refunds usually take 48 hours (that was a week ago).
I am in the process of going through the paypal dispute now. I have escalated it to a claim and noticed in the email from paypal it says myer say they sent the item!
Still haven't received refund yet!
Yes, I got a refund of $2.50 for this deal. My refund took 3 weeks though.
