Just a curious question though…..It's not that hard to twist the heads of the salt and pepper mills. I'm surprised we sold as many as we did though i guess most of the people who purchased them were elderly.

Need to be careful about the 10yr guarantee - on grinders, it normally only applies to the grinding mechanism (ie: the ceramic bits) and nothing else (like the bits that make the ceramic bits turn). Bit of bollox like watch guarantees that only cover the timer mechanism.
