Is It against The Guidelines to Post about My Company Making a $23AUD App Free for The Foreseeable Future?

Like, I'm personally happy they made it free(it was a little pricey for my own tastes) but didn't want to share it for it to get negged ya know?

  1. Is it considered a 'deal' if something that was paid is now free(can't promise forever but probs the foreseeable future)?
  2. Would you consider it 'shady'? Like, I genuinely think it'll be helpful but don't wanna come off a opportunistic.

Of course I'll mention I'm associated and all.

    How many users does it already have? For it to be free, sounds like you are trying to establish a new product and using OzBargain as free advertising.

      wouldn't being too formal be too off putting?

      BUT that's a great idea, marketing will probs do a better job writing the text than I would haha
