I am looking into the following:

TP Link H110
Cygnett Smart Plug
Kogan Smart plug

which has the monitoring feature which shows usage in real time?

Don’t forget Meross, has real time monitoring and often pops up on Ozb.

Tp-link has real time monitoring and daily, 7 day and 30 day stats (just average kwh over that period) but if you unplug it then all those stat is reset so it's kinda useless. The one with most extensive data retention is the xiaomi smart plug (zigbee one) but you'll need a hub for it.

    if you're asking this question, i guess it'll be too hard for you, best way doing this is to get a raspberry pie and set up home assistant then using that little computer to draw the data down for you. You can write script and using a pc to pull the data out too but I think it's gonna take time
