  • Out of the 3, which is best value?

Not one to be honest. All too expensive

      • thank you

They're all pretty average, refurb makes it even less of a deal

        Free advertising lol

        • for 2 monitors (admittedly only 1600*900) + SSD, the HP might be the best option
it's really straw-clutching though, so wouldn't recommend it

        • I gotta say, anything other than used or refurb with an i5 4th gen would make me pretty sus.

          • @DonWilson: Dual core level suss. W10 might as well be a slide show.

I'd prefer the Dell 9020. Thin clients aren't for general purpose and the Acer is very compact which makes upgrading/changes more difficult.

If you don't want 2x20" monitors then none of the deals are good. If that cranks your yanker then it's decent. Although it's hard to imagine anyone wanting 2x20"ers.

    • If you're in SA, buy them from the source:

I'm sure we've all seen the 9020 way cheaper than this on previous deals

      Not with two monitors included.

They are small (20")monitors, probably only worth $20 each if you have a use.

The issue with the monitors is not the size, but the lowish resolution.
Anybody who wants twin monitors is going to want at least 1080p each.

The monitors are worth very little, hence bundling two of them!
Seller probably got them at auction for next to nothing.

The Acer and Dell PCs are old but good, however the price is nothing exciting.

        • Sometimes even given for free.

Nice 3yr warranty based on the listing.

    I bought here 9020 i5-4570 4GB 120GB SSD few month back for $185, this is what price ??? :(

p.s. and actually got delivered 4590 instead :)

      Appreciating asset. Nuts.

$280 for a thin client … you can get i7/i5 based desktops in SFF for less than this.

    • yeah but the thing is the size of a larger router.

That's the whole idea. Its not an idea worth $280 w/ two monitors but that's me.

  • Thin client isn't a computer
