    This definitely isn't the right place for them to be marketing their startup, clearly they don't understand what Ozbargain expects in terms of posts. But there doesn't seem to be anything dodgy about what they're doing. You're not giving up your space for free, you earn money, they take a cut, just like any other marketplace (Airbnb, eBay, etc)

      Yep exactly. It is more a bargain for people that this deal would be applicable to (sport court owners).

    These guys are targeting existing businesses, not people with a basketball ring in their driveway. If you have a sports facility, you'd already have insurance

      Some insurances only cover paid members of said clubs..

        Hey Balistic,

        Most facilities will have their own insurance. Your concern is also right, as some only cover their paid members, however this is not common. Most sporting facilities these days accept the same type of bookings that we will be offering, the only difference being that we are making it online and all in one spot for them.
