American based - earphonesolutions and their sister site headphonesolutions (I bought my sennheiser IE 8's from here). Although earphonesolutions stocks all their headphones too.

Australian based & they also post here on OzBargain with great customer service - Jaben (got my hippo VB from here)

UK based but not really an audio specialist site - mymemory (got my sennheiser cx 300 here)

Or if you're after second hand mid-high end gear then try the head-fi forums. I'm patiently waiting for someone to sell their Shure 940's.

are you looking for "cheap quality" headphones or cheap "quality headphones"? because there could be lots of $$$$$ difference between the two.

wait for another deal from the UK with the seinhiser HD201. They go for about 25$ and there have been 2 deals in the last 2 months. They are comfy and have good sound. Not very loud, distorts a little when you go really loud but great for medium to medium loud.
