I haven't used Revolution but my dog has been on Sentinel for a decade, and without a single issue.
Only other drug we've tried was Nextra Spectrum was trialed for half a year and she had to be sent to the canine neurologist for seizures: https://www.fda.gov/animal-veterinary/animal-health-literacy…Oh whoa, thank you for that advice as revolution is also on the list. I've gone for Sentinel and hoping for good results.

I've only used advantage and comfortis before, but am looking to change and the reviews speak well of sentinel and revolution, so not sure which to choose.
