    Hi jv,

    in cases of chargeback, meaning the customer claims not to have authorised the recharge transaction, we do not see that they qualify for the cashback.
    The cashback is awarded to customers who recharge their Telstra prepaid service.
    Obviously these cases are rare and handled on an individual basis.

    The offer is valid until the end of October.
    If you register now, and recharge $40+ by October 31 then you will still be eligible

      We are always excited to bring campaigns that provides direct value to new customers.
      In the past we have offered various campaigns for existing customers (refer a friend for cash, win an iPad, etc) and we plan to invent new offers for our loyal existing customers.

      This offer however is only for new customers so we can spread the knowledge in the community about what we think is the most convenient way to recharge Telstra prepaid

    You qualify as long as you register and recharge a prepaid Telstra service.
    Simply register your prepaid mobile data service number on www.ezyrecharge.com.au and recharge from the Telstra connection manager software. For other broadband devices that does not come with the connection manager, simply recharge as follows: When connected using the device, go to the following website:

  What if I register a new prepaid mobile for ezyrecharge with a Paypal account that been used for exyrecharge for another prepaid mobile? Do I get the $15 cash back offer for the new registration?

    Hi bean_counter,

    thank you for your question, unfortunately the offer is on a per PayPal account basis and we will not be able to award the cashback if the PayPal account has been registered already.
    This is one of the core parts of the offer, i.e. PayPal are keen to promote new PayPal accounts to use the service.
    We are looking to open up the campaign for existing users in the future however it is currently not available.

  I like recharging with EZYrecharge but the fact that their promotions are always only for new customers, I find it difficult to stay loyal to them, especially when supermarkets often offer bonus credits and discounts.

  I hope EZYrecharge will re-think their marketing strategies and give discount for customers who frequently recharge with them.

    As stated in above comment, we are looking to open up the campaign for existing users in the future however it is currently not available.

    In the past we have run several reward campaigns for our loyal users, such as a "$10 per referred customer", and an iPad competition.

      $10 per referral is not exactly "rewarding loyal customers", that is just another way to get more new customers.

        You are right that it was a mechanism for us to recruit new customers and spread the word about our recharge service, but the result for our existing customers were that they got paid $10 for every referred customer which for some worked out very well indeed

        If you have any ideas on how we could reward loyal customers then please email them to [email protected].
        Please bear in mind that we are not Telstra, our system allows Telstra prepaid customers to buy credits directly from their phone or broadband software with PayPal. Therefore we can't offer longer expiry dates or more data etc as it is controlled by Telstra
