  • How tall are the mini and 3/4's?

    • Different length for different sizes, mini above ankle, tidal Calf height

      • Do you have a code for the slippers at all OP????

  • +2

My only compliant with the scuffs was that shipping took a long time so it's good that you addressed this. Otherwise they were very good for $30.

Still waiting on mine from the deal posted in April.
How about you fulfil all of your previous orders before making claims about new orders being able to be posted this week.

  • Purchased. Cheers!

    • I just got a shipping con, eta 02/06… let's see

  • Thanks op 👍 Very happy with 1st pair purchased. Just bought another pair for my son

  • +8

Not really a deal in my opinion.

Normally down to $58.50 when on special using a 10% off code, but since this one is already using a coupon, you can't do the 10% off so it's a bit more expensive.

My experience with them 1 month ago was fast shipping and a smooth transaction. I got the Ugg Mini Mens in Chestnut for $58.50. I'm not happy with them for 2 reasons. The wool pile is much shorter than any Uggs I've had before. Comparing them to my old ones which I still have, purchased for a similar price elsewhere, there's no comparison, the wool is much shorter and feels harsher. But the worst thing is the soles, cheap and nasty, rock hard grey plastic with poor tread. Aside from being slippery, my feet get cold from these soles due to poor insulation. Despite that I didn't bother with a return, no time for it and they're still good enough for slippers so I've kept them, but I'll be getting another better pair elsewhere.

    • +2

Maybe I should have waited before ordering. Thanks for the feedback.

    • +2

What is the same price better quality ugg?

    • +3

Hey OP, can you comment on this short pile wool and plastic soles? Wont purchase based on this comment.

    • +2

Soles on my minis are certainly FAR more slippery than my other uggs from a different Au company. The sewing was also inferior which led to a "wardrobe malfunction". Their response left me cold, pun intentional, and I'll repair them myself. Won't buy from them again, esp after their pathetic public responses to issues some had on this website. Ymmv of course.

    • Ugh

    • +1

Yes agreed, got a pair for myself and wife a few months back and the slippery soles are dangerous on slate floors, we went and bought another brand.

  • Can you use a member referral code with this deal? I'm having trouble finding a member to get a code from but if I can't use one maybe I'm wasting my time? Lol
I've heard a few complaints about shipping also How long do you expect these to take to ship to a Melbourne suburb?
    Thanks OP

    • +2

I'm still waiting on mine from April 22. Mini Uggs. Live in Melbourne suburbs.

  • I was just saying I needed some slippers for WFH - great timing.

  • 👍👍👍 Time to support Aussie business more than ever.

  • +8

Came here to rant also about my order not yet shipped. Don't buy from these people if you want them anytime soon, or at all based on the people commenting about April orders.

    • +2

Bought mine in March and received them in about a week and a bit. Happily will support Aus made and owned.

    • For what it's worth, I got the rug last time and I got it in under a week.

  • Happy with my $30 slippers I bought recently

  • +3

Quite comfortable the first few months, then the wool starts to go and another one joins the landfill

  • +2

Bought from them last promotion as well. Quality is far inferior to a pair I bought from another company on amazon. Only only costed me a few dollars extra

  • Are these cheap because your main purchasers are banned from entering the country?

  • Wearing my scuffs right now. Pretty happy with them. Tempted to pick up some 3/4 boots.

  • +1

I too am waiting for a purchase from March… despite repeated follow ups..

    Don’t waste your time!

  • +1

    Postage is terrible -1

  • +1

The comments about sole is all over the web. If cost is not an issue, which aussie company has a better product?

  • +6

More spam marketing from these guys. As always, check verified reviews of this crowd on productreview.com.au before jumping in.

  • Wow, and I was getting annoyed at having to wait three days for UGG Express to ship. Glad that was the one I jumped on cos I had no idea there was more than one place selling them.

  • I bought a pair of Mini mens in a recent deal and received them in 2-3 days. Well made. First pair I've managed to buy in size 13 which means they will last longer as my toes usually push through after a while in size 12 (max size for most manufacturers). The only negative I have is the insouls are not fixed (designed to be replaceable) so they try to come out with my feet.

    I'd buy again.

  • +2

Check product reviews on this company before ordering absolutely horrible to deal with. Took over 2 months to receive my order and a massive screw around having to ‘prove’ I hadn’t received my order even through the shipping info clearly said the only thing done was the tracking slip was created 😡 It hadn’t even been collected by auspost. Didn’t leave their factory for 2 months! Quality is also extremely lacking. Wool falling off everywhere before I’d even put them on. The covered enclosed section is so high up it cuts into your upper foot while walking. Waste of time and money

    • -1

your order was collected and lost by Auspost, that's the facts. We replaced as soon as Auspost confirmed the lost parcel.

  • +3

    Do yourself a favour…

I must say I have ordered 2 products so far the slippers and sheepskin rug. Both arrived in great time and good products. My experience is somewhat different to others.

    • ordered 2 pairs on the last deal in April. arrived on time, product was great.

  • +1

UggAustralia can you please get back to me on my previous order ($29.90 slippers). I've tried to DM and emailed multiple times with no response. I just want to know where my order is at.

  • +1

Ok Well which company should I buy my UGGs from? I would love a pair of the 3/4 ones but in don't wanna pay $200+ that's for sure.
Is the original UGGs company that sold them at Victoria Market still around? The one that invented the name? So hard to know what's original & what's quality these days.
Don't think I'll be grabbing these after all, never good when you are suffering buyers remorse before you even buy anything lol

  • +3

I came here also to complain about not having received my order placed a month ago. No update, no notification, no "sorry, we're backlogged" etc. Terrible service.

Quality is pretty ordinary too be honest compared to what else is out there, so buy with caution. Hopeful that the second pair are made to a higher standard than the first but am not holding my breath.

Sold out, Thanks OZB for the support. These will be shipped out this week.
for those who missed out, We will post a new deal soon.

  • Another one in the hit/miss category.
4 weeks since I put my order in with the last deal and they've only just shipped.
Some people seemed to get them in a week, some take 2 months for some reason.
Might depend on sizes in stock I guess. Took them about a week to reply to my email and they simply said keep waiting.

But it is good that they're learning from being OzB'd every time. 6000 pairs sold in the first deal floored them, still couldn't handle 500 in the last deal so limiting it to 10 per size, hopefully they have them all in stock and ship out quickly like they're promising this time around.

    • We appreciate this feedback, you are pretty much spot on. Thanks for the understanding.

      • +3

Any chance of fulfilling older orders before taking on a bunch more.. even if it is 10 per size?

        • sorry for any delay, We will fulfil all orders. This doesn't affect the speed of your order arriving, it is packed separately to orders in production.

          • +3

@UGGAustraliaOfficial: Sorry- this does not explain why orders of these very same items (mini uggs) from April are not being fulfilled. You can see in all the comments above that people are not receiving orders placed up to two months ago, yet you are telling people here that you can send out 10 of each size of mini uggs in black within a week. I have an order, not fulfilled, keep getting e-mails saying its going to be a couple of weeks, then within a week, then next week. Do you see why people are frustrated? I appreciate the tough situation that your company is dealing with- but so are others. We are just trying to get clear answers, yet all we seem to get is obfuscation.

I'm not having a go at your company- I want to support Australian business as much as I can, but we all just want some clarity on production and delivery of orders already placed. Some see your posts on OzBargain as the company taking their eyes off production once an order is placed.

  • +3

terrible to deal with, zero customer support.when they do finally respond its extremely rude.

  • I ordered yesterday and just got a notification that it's in the hands of AusPost already. Looking forward to trying them out!

    • We have posted all orders from this sale in record time. We apologies for delays in the past.
Anyone waiting will receive your orders shortly.
We have learnt from past mistakes of over selling and will keep it to this format in future.
Thanks again to all the OZB for the continued support.

  • +3

I sincerely hope size 9 mini uggs weren't part of this sale.

Ordered 2 pairs of size 9 mini uggs from the April sale.

Got 1 pair in a week which is very quick considering this Covid crisis :)

But no sign of the other pair :(

I'm patient but it would be disingenuous if they put on sale something which should be used to fulfil previous orders instead.

  • Just got min3 this morning. The sole seems fine to me, so not sure what the complaints are about. Quality seems pretty good. They're a bit tighter than my other pair but will stretch.

On the other hand, been waiting three weeks for a pair ordered for my wife from another Aussie manufacturer that cost 2.5x the price of these.

    • +1

What was it that you didn't understand about The complaints about the slippery sole cambatant? Maybe your sole is different or you haven't walked on hard surfaces? Maybe you're a light stepper? Or maybe we all invented our experiences just to cause a bit of mayhem?

      • Not saying your experiences were made up, just reporting mine. At 6 ft 3 and 100kg I am no light stepper. Been wearing them all morning on carpet, lino, tiles and no issues with them being slippery at all. Perhaps they have changed the sole. In any case, no issues with that here.

        • Got mine this morning and I can't fault the quality and construction from initial impressions. Definitley not slippery for me

  • Mine arrived this morning. They got the size wrong.
