    too rich for me…

  • Was interested in the Norco fireball fixed frame (I have a Norco VPS full-sus) But for a bike that retails for $2.5K It's components are pretty low end…

who pays thousands for a bike, i can get a scooter as some of these prices!!!

you better have a good lock to go with it.
wouldn't u be kicking yourself if your $3000+ got stolen!

    • Its called insurance, its a normal thing to get for expensive things like cars and bikes.

    • I don't think they allow scooters in the bike leg of a triathlon.

This is a great store and have some great bikes.
Just be aware that some on these bikes have been on sale all year. ie. It says save $1000, but this saving is always available. Not saying don't buy, I actually bought my bike from here, just do some research. You will probably find the saving is more like $200 than the $1000 advertised. Some bikes have had the savings increased this week as the 2012 bikes will start arriving soon.

As for spending this sort of money 2-3k. If you use it every week then it is worth buying a good bike. If you ride every 6 months, don't bother. Same deal as computers, cameras and cars, they are little value if you don't use them.

If you find that, you should report them to the ACCC. That is illegal according to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
