Opinions on This - Asus Zenbook

Looking for a new laptop to replace an aging lenovo (7yo), this looks good to my untrained eye, but am interested to get some opinions/feedback/alternatives for this form factor and price point. Must haves are lightweight, touchscreen and enough ram and hdd to last 5 years minimum, general usage plus photo and video editing.

  • I am also looking at this one as well. And have similar requirements.

Just need to wait for a reasonable price to pull the trigger.
It is either this one or ux433FLC

  • I wouldn't call 5kgs lightweight. My HP Spectre with intel I7 processor and 16gb memory is only 1kg. Much easier to carry around when travelling.

    • It isn’t 5 kg is 1.24 kg

What model hp specture do you have.

      • HP Spectre X360 Convertible. Sorry, only has 8gb memory not 16gb, I slipped up there. 64 bit and Intel 7 processor. Bought it about 3 years ago.

1.26kg sounds way more reasonable. Top of the page of link OP gave said 5kgs gross weight.

        • Thanks for the info on yours. So many to choose from

  • Thanks for chipping in, yes my understanding is its nice and light. I'm curious to know if the graphics card is 'good enough' to handle photo and video editing, gaming not a priority on this.
    Cheers

    • From what I have read the ux433FLC is good for video editing so if the 434flc is the newest model then with the graphics card this model should be good
