Hi all
I have few questions about arlec smart plug. I have the plug without energy monitoring. Is it possible to flash or update the firmware of the plug so that energy monitoring can be enabled?
secondly I want to set the timer of the plug to turn on every hour for 15 minutes and then turn off, what is the easiest way to do so?

Sorry what's HA? I have been using default grid connect app
Way above my head :) don't know how to work with raspberry pi.
Benefits of flashing not always enabling new hidden features. Try to google it and see the real hardware difference between each product.
But use the Tuya app then connect to HA, you get better management of the plug.
