For local stock with warranty, it is reasonable.

Have a look at previous prices here. Chinese imports can be found for $230 if and when they are on sale.

Not sure if it will apply to this phone model but I bought a Mi 9 Lite for my mum and the battery drain is insane. Goes from 100 to 20% overnight.

    Yeah I looked, it just says System usage. I've looked it up and people have had similar problems since some update.

If you're looking for an alternative budget phone, I quite like the Motorola Gs but I haven't had experience too much experience with any other brands. I've had the G4 and G6 and think they're pretty good quality and fast enough. I also can generally find a decent case for them as Im so accident prone. Not sure how the newest Moto G8 specs compare with the Xiaomi though
