total RRP $10004, current was price $5184, current buy price $3183, current buy price on sale $3063

terms and conditions says "Two winners will be drawn and each winner will receive a luxury home furniture package with retail value of $10,004 plus shipping costs (up to $200)"

I don't mean to be ungrateful for you holding a giveaway at your own expense and providing the opportunity for someone to win a great prize that they might not otherwise be able to afford or normally purchase for themselves, but it seems quite disingenuous to state that the total value is $10004, when you currently sell them all on the online store at a total retail price of $3183, or $3063 since one of the items is on sale. This is no where near $10004, in fact less than a third of the suggested value. Your product pages don't even mention the RRP for most of the items, with the only matching "was" price being the bed frame. You can indeed find the RRP on the eBay website, but a brief googling around has shown no one there has paid the RRP or "was" price from searchable current or last listings.

TL;DR: It seems unfair to inflate the value of your prize when you currently sell them for less than a third of the supposed value
