  The Hydro Cream has a more lightweight texture relative to the Moisture Cream. Please refer to the following link and scroll down where there is a comparison of the textures:

  Hence the Hydro Cream is more suited for oily/combination skin where as the Moisture Cream would be recommended for dry skin types.

A quick Google check - Seems Sephora sells it for the same price, but the 10% code makes it cheaper. Nice.
