Don't know about the cheapest but they have a $20 itunes card as a sweetener - http://www.bigw.com.au/electronics/televisions/apple-tv/bpnB… - but expect to pay for delivery too, $7 in my case.
Apple Refurb store.. but they don't have any in stock at the moment.
