Need some idea in deciding whether it's right time to buy a second hand car. Or should I wait, I mean in terms of quick sale offer or people who want sell quickly for cash money.

From looking every single day for stuff to buy.
Makes sense that more people are looking to save right now instead of taking out yet another loan for a new car which then explains why new car prices aren't really dropping. Once used cars are close to the price of new, the market may shift towards new cars.
Sounds more like a want than a need
Not really was thinking to invest in property market but seems not a good time. So still deciding whether to spent or invest and if invest then what are the option.

No I think he's saying he's conflicted about saving his money to put towards an proper investment OR buying a car instead because the property market isn't low enough yet?

As for what the market will do in the coming months, anybody who is telling you an answer is just guessing. No one can really tell what will happen it is uncharted territory.
Prices of second hand cars seem to have actually gone up.
