Roasting and Shipping (We follow this cycle every week)

  • Orders before Wednesday at 11:45pm AEST: Coffee is all roasted this week, and then shipped out to you on Thursday.
  • Orders after Wednesday at 11:45pm AEST: Coffee will be roasted next week, and then shipped out to you on Tuesday.

    Also, do you grind the beans to an espresso blend? or only whole?

    I love companies that say they win awards, make it a huge selling point on posts and their website.. but don't specify which award or year anywhere.
    i.e. from the website;

      Just FYI, the website you are looking at is a reseller, not the actual company that won the awards (Proud Mary).

      Proud Mary's website does mention the gold medals they've won (although, they do not mention the specific years, and don't mention that they won the top gong, the "Golden Eagle" in 2013):

    I drink this coffee at cafe Zen Den in Eltham, and it's some of the best coffee I've ever had. Too bad I don't have a machine or I'd be getting in on this deal. Thanks for sharing OP

    Looking at ordering a kilo, seems the Ghost Rider and Angel wings blends are similar in taste?

    I drink as black, any recommendation on which bean?

    When were the beans roasted? My only concern is these were roasted awhile ago so it loses a bit of its flavour.
