No idea what model this is… Poor description and specs page

    • Agree. This listing could have been better put together by a trainee lol.

      • Not referring to the OP, but mean the lean Joybuy description.

This doesn't say if it includes gst though.

  • Might as well get the Oppo Find X2 Pro, now available at JB.

No wireless charging and single SIM is putting me off from buying Oppo Find X2 Pro, otherwise its very good mobile.

      • Oneplus 8 pro has no band28.

        • 5G

        • Only CN version, global version has band 28

@snowl: CN version (IN2020) doesn't have B28. However, it has N78(3500) so 5G will work fine on Chinese version.

International EU version (IN2023) has both B28 and N78 so both 4G and 5G should work perfectly fine in Australia.

          • @usmanhafeez2000: So does B28 is must have?

            • @Bllue78: Yes, because a lot of Telco sites in Australia use B28 for 4G/LTE, specially outside main city areas, hence, to have proper 4G connectivity, B28 is a must. However, if you live in or around main City, 4G will still work without B28, but once you move away from City, 4G connectivity can become a challenge without B28 as in most regional areas Telco use B28 (700MHz) frequency for 4G/LTE connectivity.

Also VoLTE will also not work on non-Australian devices, but people have been successful in making it work (at least for Optus) on non-Australian devices through some tweaks.

            • @Bllue78: I had the Chinese version which did not have B28. Did not notice a difference or any data dropouts in metro sydney so far, including inside office buildings.

Since its being shipped out of China, most probably Chinese IN2020 model, with no B28. IN2023 is the EU model which has both B28(700) for 4G/LTE and N78(3500) for 5G.

For this price I think Find x2 pro is more bang for your buck.

$300 gift card (choose from woolies, Coles and JBHIFI etc.) is offered to who place order before 8 of June.
$200 gift card (choose from woolies, Coles and JBHIFI etc.) is offered to who place order after 8 of June

Comparing to oneplus 8 pro, find x2pro has local two year warranty, better camera, faster charging speed(38min fully charge). Larger Rom 256GB vs 512GB.

While the only con on find x2 pro is no wireless charging which is not a big deal to me.

    • Just to let you know, all Oppo Find X2 Pro available in Australia are Single SIM, even the ones sold by JB and other retailers.

      • Could be a deal breaker to some people. But I only use one number in my phone. I have a work number in iPhone6 which mainly remain charged in my car, I set All calls to redirect to my main number, so I don’t miss calls.

5G and high quality screen drains phone battery much much faster than 4G phones.
Charging speed is more important in my opinion.
