I think here, these are just high speed with ethernet but tricky naming with "Ultra HD"

Fingers crossed. I did a little reading and concluded that so long as it said 2.0 high speed, it should serve my use case: to deliver 4k HDR 60hz to my 4K TV from source Atlas C300 Mini PC.

I can't tell or not (so presume not) whether these are High Speed With Ethernet, or just High Speed.
I found out recently that this actually matters - was using an Xbox One X with an Atmos soundbar and a 4K HDR TV, and it stubbornly refused to display in HDR mode. Found out that the cable was just High Speed, so switched over to a High Speed With Ethernet cable and it worked straight away.
