I appreciate it’s just come out - but I’m wondering if anyone knew if the price would come down at any stores for the fly more combo as part of EoY sales - currently $1899? Currently Goodguys is 2% cash back + $80 in store credit.
I’ve used a phantom 4 on a regular basis through a friend, so I know it will be used regularly and not a fleeting purchase.

Amazon US sells it for approximately $1.2k AUD for the fly more combo… But does not ship to AU even when sold by Amazon US… WTF :L

Nowadays there are some ways to get a decent price, specifically 10% off on both the standard and the fly more combo prices
-If you are a student you are eligible. Also, some kind of concession.
-some retailers also offer some sitewide discounts of 10% price off (e.g. TGG by the time I'm writing this comment)
But, I seems unlikely to get a crazy deal these days, considering that the product has just been released. It will take more months to find something interesting.
So i bought one through CR with TGG 10% cashback three weeks ago. $180 Cashacbk + $80 voucher for TGG.
TGG cancelled the cashback because it was against the T&Cs.. which it wasnt - so fighting that battle.
But loving the MA2 :D
Hope you sort this matter out and keep enjoying this amazing piece of technology. In my case, I have been following an attractive bargain, but during these days is pretty unlikely because of the reasons mentioned before. So I will stick to the 10% off. I expect to have it by the end of the next week. As I come from a spark, I have huge expectations on this one.
If u got the fly more combo, have u find a need to use the ND filters??
The ND filters definitely help with sunset shots but i think im probably going to invest in the polarising ones - lot of water near me and the polarisation will really help. If your debating over FMC or just the drone, im glad i got the two extra batteries - turns a 30 minute joy ride into a 90 minute experiment :)
I am looking at one of these - so far, the black friday sales don't seen to be showing anything.
The best price so far is www.mymobile.com.au but the fine print says it's shipped out of HK, and it's not clear how DJI Australia treats grey imports.
