  Do yourself a favour boys and treat yourself to these steaks. Follow this regime for the steaks you freeze for eating after 21 days.

  Freeze steaks. Night before eating put steaks in fridge. Take out of fridge 3-4 hours before cooking on BBQ.

  Never thought you could freeze steaks, but due to the aging and the cryovac you can follow the above steps and enjoy restraunt quality steaks.

  Umm I can get a kilo of quality freshly cut Scotch fillet for $25 from a local butcher in Sydney so I hardly see this as a bargain? I mean do people normally pay $149 for 3kgs?!

    I've ordered from then quite a few times and it is very good beef. Might actually order this but have to see freezer space
